WATC TV, a full power noncommercial educational station in Atlanta, GA, was founded by Christian TV pioneers Dr. James and Joanne Thompson. On air since 1996, WATC’s mission is “We Are Educational, Inspirational, and Community.” The station offers faith-based teaching, health and children’s programming, and serves as a platform for local nonprofits. Its flagship show, Atlanta Live, features ministries and gospel guests, supporting hundreds of organizations annually and uplifting the Atlanta community.
